An Intentional Creativity Workshop to explore what’s in your medicine basket; what are your gifts?

What will be carried inside of your personal medicine basket?

What do your friends and family know they can count on you for?

The purpose of our intentional creativity® session is to help you articulate the gifts that you are carrying inside, and how you can let them shine!  These gifts are qualities and characteristics that are unique to you.  

Bringing an awareness to your gifts allows you to appreciate who you are and bring even greater awareness around how you can share your gifts even more with others. 

These gifts can be things, traits, skills or ideas… the tools are actual things like paintbrushes or herbs and red thread – but they are also ideas…. traits, values, messages and teachings that you carry.

In the session, you will create your very own medicine basket full of your strengths and gifts. Wouldn’t that be wonderful to create for yourself!

Materials provided: Sharpies, paint, watercolour paper, red thread, paper and pens for writing.

This is a fabulous exercise for young people to recognise their worth; and for those young at heart who may feel they have nothing left to offer the world of those around them.
